LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas. - Crye-Leike, Realtors recently announced its Top 25 Sales Producers for 2006. The following Realtors have achieved the highest volume in sales for the company within its Arkansas Region:

 

Diane & Sandy Rhodes of Crye-Leike's West Little Rock - Hinson Road branch office was named 2006 Producers of the Year.  Crye-Leike's No. 2 sales producer in 2006 was CeCe McKay of Crye-Leike's West Little Rock - Hinson Road branch office, followed by No. 3, Nedra Plumlee of Crye-Leike's Hot Springs branch office.

NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Crye-Leike Realtors, the nation's 6th largest real estate company and largest in Tennessee and the Mid-South, achieved record January sales despite reports of a real estate sales dip in the local Middle Tennessee market.

 

January sales for Crye-Leike, Middle Tennessee was up 24% with 494 closed transactions, a January record of $98,775,00 for the company.

 

The Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR) reports that overall, local Middle Tennessee markets were down 3.4% in January 2007 with 2,371 closings.

 

Crye-Leike Realtors CEO, Harold Crye says, "Anytime we are doing better than the market means our agents are doing the right things.  Our agents are working smart for their buyers and sellers and they are proving it by getting this year off to a great start."

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.- Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nations 6th largest real estate company, recently held its annual meeting announcing a record 6.1 billion dollars in company sales for 2006. Despite overall predictions of sluggish real estate sales, Crye-Leike had its best year in its 30-year history, maintaining its spot as the largest real estate company in Tennessee and #1 in the Mid-south.

 

Crye-Leike, Realtors President, Dick Leike, says, "This is a great time to buy a house.  Consumers have choices, interest rates are as low as they've ever been and the cost of living in the Mid-south is low.  Now is the time to buy."

 

Real estate sales for Crye-Leike's Chattanooga region were up at $ 714 million, a 9 percent increase over the year before.  These figures represent approximately 4,500 closings by its 400-plus sales associates in the Greater Chattanooga area.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Agents in the Crye-Leike Realtors Gallatin branch office, located at 1184 Nashville Pike, rolled up their sleeves and donated hundreds of dollars and hours of time to their community last year.

 

The office agents and employees raised over $800 for Big Brothers/Big Sisters during the "Bowling for Kids Sake" charity bowling tournament, donated backpacks to the Youth Villages backpack drive in August, and donated items to Toys for Tots during the Holidays.

 

Marilyn White, new managing broker of the office, says giving back to the community is very important.  "Our agents care about more than just selling homes.  We care about building communities," says, White.  White was also involved in the office community service efforts, spending numerous days volunteering at the Springfield Paradise ranch, assisting young disabled horseback riders.
