Chattanooga, Tenn. - Robert Jon Green of Crye-Leike, Realtors recently completed the Realtors Land Institute's highly specialized course on tax deferred 1031 exchanges, one of the several required courses to attain the accredited land consultant (ALC) designation of which Green is pursuing.
Green is an affiliate broker with Crye-Leike, Realtors' East Brainerd branch office, located at 1510 Gunbarrel Road in Chattanooga. Licensed in Tennessee and Georgia, he serves the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in Bradley and Hamilton counties as well as in the surrounding counties of Catoosa and Walker in Georgia.

Little Rock, Ark. - Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nation's 10th largest real estate company, has named multi-million dollar producer Neil Arnold as managing broker and sales manager of its Little Rock - Financial Centre branch office, located at 11300 Financial Centre Parkway, Suite 900 in Little Rock.
As managing broker, Arnold is responsible for the sales management and recruitment of 45 Crye-Leike sales associates who market residential and commercial properties to buyers and sellers in Central Arkansas, including the counties of Grant, Jefferson, Lonoke, Pulaski, and Saline. His sales recruitment responsibilities will increase to 90 sales associates upon Crye-Leike moving into its new office building on Kanis Road in September.

As managing broker, Kremers is responsible for the sales management and recruitment of over 20 Crye-Leike sales associates who will market residential and commercial properties to buyers and sellers in Faulkner County as well as in the surrounding counties of Conway, Perry, Pulaski and White.

Memphis, Tenn. - Golfers, it's not too late to sign up for the 11th Annual Sherry Park Memorial Golf Tournament, to be held on Thurs., September 22, 2005, at the Memphis National Golf Club in Collierville, Tenn. The event will benefit the Wings Cancer Foundation at West Clinic in Memphis, Tenn. and is organized by Crye-Leike, Realtors' Germantown/Poplar branch office.
The tournament is named in memory of Sherry Park, managing broker of Crye-Leike's Germantown/Poplar branch office, who led the office's sales team for nine years since its establishment in 1986 until 1995. When Sherry was diagnosed with cancer, she was instrumental in organizing Crye-Leike's first golf tournament in 1994 to benefit cancer research. Upon her death in 1995, Crye-Leike's Germantown/Poplar branch office continued the golf tournament by naming it in her memory with proceeds benefiting the Wings Cancer Foundation.
