Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, the nation's 10th largest real estate company and the largest in Tennessee and the Mid-South, has added a franchise office in Savannah, Tenn., Hardin County, one of 25 independent real estate companies to join the Crye-Leike franchise network.
Shaw-Rinks Real Estate of Savannah, Tenn. has recently signed a franchise agreement with Crye*Leike Franchises Inc., (www.franchises.crye-leike.com), the real estate franchiser subsidiary of Crye-Leike, Realtors. The real estate firm's new name is Crye*Leike Savannah. Their office will remain at 540 Wayne Rd. in Savannah, Tenn. and will continue to serve the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in the Savannah community as Shaw-Rinks Real Estate has done for the past five years.

Bowling Green, Ky.- Crye*Leike Executive Realty, an independently-owned and operated franchise of Tennessee-based Crye-Leike Realtors, has established an auction company, Crye*Leike Executive Auctions, that specializes in comprehensive auction services and serves south central Kentucky and northern Tennessee.
The auction company was founded as an alliance between two established auction companies in the area merging their operations with Crye*Leike Executive Realty. Little Rock, Ark. - Crye-Leike, the nation's 10th largest real estate company, has begun construction of a new $3.7 million state-of-the-art office building as its regional headquarters in Central Arkansas, a move accelerated by the company's exponential growth over two and a half years since the company first moved to Central Arkansas in May 2002.
Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer of Crye-Leike, purchased 2.5 acres of land at the corner of Autumn and Kanis Road in West Little Rock from local investor Patrick Malstrom with plans to build a 30,210 square foot office building to expand Crye-Leike's Central Arkansas operations as well as the sales force at its Financial Centre branch office.

Memphis, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that 266 of its 2,800 sales associates have qualified to attend its 28th annual Sales Leaders' Retreat, awarded each year to Crye-Leike's top producers who have met stringent sales performance incentive criteria over a one-year period. This year's company trip is a four-day, three-night stay in Las Vegas, Nevada from March 17-20, 2005.
