Crye-Leike Ranked Among the Top 100 Private Companies in Tenn.
Memphis, Tenn. - Memphis-based Crye-Leike, the nation's 10th largest real estate company and the largest serving Tennessee and the Mid-South, was ranked among the Top 100 largest closely held companies in Tennessee, based on their most recent year's revenue.
A recent statewide report, produced for the first time by Business Tennessee magazine of Nashville, Tenn., ranked Crye-Leike No. 80 among its list of the Top 100 Private Companies in Tennessee. This ranking was based on Crye-Leike generating $127 million in annual revenue in 2003, which represents $3.66 billion in sales of residential and commercial real estate from its 70 branch and franchise offices in Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, Georgia, Kentucky and Florida.

Crye*Leike Franchises Ranked No. 18 Largest Tenn. Franchisor
Nashville, Tenn.-Crye*Leike Franchises, Inc., the real estate franchisor of Crye-Leike, the nation's 10th largest real estate company and the largest in Tennessee and the Mid-South, was ranked the 18th largest headquartered franchisor in Tennessee.
The ranking of Tennessee's largest headquartered franchisors was compiled by the Nashville Business Journal of Nashville, Tenn. Crye*Leike Franchises' ranking was based on securing 14 franchises in 2003. To date, an additional six Crye-Leike franchises have been added to its franchise system.
The Top 25 list of largest Tennessee-headquartered franchises included a diverse array of business types from Service Master Clean, that specializes in residential and commercial cleaning and ranked No. 1 with 4,296 franchise units in Tenn., to Lotusea Franchising Group, Inc., that specializes in corporate wellness programs and ranked No. 25 with a mere three franchise units in Tennessee. Crye-Leike Committed to United Way: Last Campaign Increased 32 Percent from Year Prior
Memphis, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nation's 10th largest real estate company, has renewed its commitment to United Way by holding, during the months of September and October, its annual United Way Workplace Campaign that covers 57 Crye-Leike branch offices in 22 counties throughout Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi.
"Crye-Leike is committed company wide to support United Way because of the broad scope of health and human service needs United Way addresses which directly impacts the communities Crye-Leike serves," says Chief Executive Officer Harold E. Crye.
